Bristol Cove Owners Association Annual Meeting Results

The 2015 Bristol Cove Owners Association (BCOA) Annual Meeting was held on October 13.  Following are key results:

• Jim Langdon and Allen Bonini were re-elected by the homeowners to the BCOA Board of Directors for a two-year term.   Also serving on the five-member Board are Kevin Klein, Carolyn Conner and Tyler Anderson.  

• The 2016 budget was reviewed and approved. The annual dues assessment will remain at $80.

• The proposed Amendment to the By-Laws adding the definition to Article  II, Section 8e: "written notice shall mean all forms of communication albeit written or electronic" was approved by popular vote.

Board Officers were elected at the January 11 Board of Directors meeting.  Kevin Klein will continue to serve as President, Jim Langdon will continue as Vice President and Carolyn will continue as Secretary-Treasurer.
